Q1Only VALORANT, and truly 1:1?
Yes. YIC is a 1:1 academy focused solely on VALORANT. Each student is paired with one dedicated coach who manages replays, aim, weaknesses and goals one-on-one. (Small friend/duo sessions are available on separate request.)
Q2How are lessons run?
Lessons are 100% online via 1:1 screen share. Your coach watches your screen live and guides you in real time, and sessions are recorded so you can review them. You can take lessons from anywhere.
Q3Can complete beginners join?
Yes. We start from the beginner class (LV.1); a free skill assessment gauges your current level and places you at the right 1:1 stage.
Q4What can parents check?
With a parents-only view link, guardians can check their child's pass, lesson schedule, attendance and coach feedback anytime — no login required.
Q5How do tuition and refunds work?
Tuition varies by course and number of sessions; you can check it on the Buy a pass page. Refunds are full before lessons begin (within 7 days of payment); after lessons begin, the remaining amount minus used sessions is refunded, and no refund is available once 1/2 (50%) or more of the total sessions have been used. See the Refund Policy for details.
Q6Do passes have an expiry date?
Yes. The validity period is your expected study span plus one extra month (e.g., a 3-month course → 4 months). Even if exams push your schedule back, you can use up your sessions without pressure, and remaining sessions and expiry are always visible in the class-management system (Yic-in).
