Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users (students, parents, etc.) in connection with the use of the VALORANT 1:1 coaching and class-management service (hereinafter the "Service") that the Company provides online.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company, including 1:1 coaching, class booking and management, and the provision of feedback.
2. "User" means a student who uses the Service under these Terms and their guardian.
3. "Pass" means the right to use a set number of classes within a validity period.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, and in the event of an amendment shall give prior notice specifying the effective date and the reason.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

1. The Service is provided entirely online, with a coach giving one-on-one instruction via screen sharing and similar means.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend provision of the Service in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance or acts of God.

Article 5 (Accounts)

1. A class-management account is issued by the administrator without a separate sign-up, and the user must change the password on first login.
2. An order account for purchasing passes and checking orders may be created directly on the website, and is operated separately from the class-management account.
3. Users may not transfer or lend their account information to any third party, and are responsible for any consequences of negligent management.

Article 6 (Payment and Passes)

1. Payment for passes is made through electronic payment (PG) on the main website.
2. After payment is completed and confirmed by the administrator, the pass is credited to the relevant student's account.
3. A pass may be used only within its set number of sessions and validity period.

Article 7 (Users' Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

• Misappropriating another person's account, using the Service improperly, or insulting or threatening a coach or other students
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of class content (recordings, materials, etc.)
• Any act that interferes with the Company's normal operation of the Service

Article 8 (Restriction of Use)

If a user violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Company may, after prior notice, restrict the user's use of the Service or suspend the account.

Article 9 (Refunds)

Refunds of passes shall be governed by the Refund Policy.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company sincerely supports improvement in skill through coaching but does not guarantee results such as reaching a particular tier. The Company is not responsible for disruptions to classes arising from causes attributable to the user (equipment, network, etc.).

Article 11 (Use by Minors)

1. Where a minor under the age of 19 uses the Service or pays for a pass, the consent of a legal representative (such as a parent) must be obtained.
2. The Company may provide class-related information such as attendance, progress, and feedback to the parents of a minor student, and parents may change whether they receive such information at any time.
3. A legal representative may request cancellation of a minor's contract in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute relating to use of the Service, the Company and the user shall endeavor to resolve it amicably in accordance with the principle of good faith. Any lawsuit over a dispute that is not settled by agreement shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
